Julie Richard is an energetic speaker who uses humor and joy to connect with audiences at Lake Hills Church, where her husband Mac is the pastor, and around the country. She draws from her experiences in elementary special education, early-childhood education, and student ministry to explain the everyday relevance of the Bible in marriage, parenting, and life application.

In 2014, Julie founded Fearless Mom, which provides practical tools and teaching rooted in scripture to thousands of moms, helping them parent with courage, purpose and laughter. She launched Fearless Mom ministry, not because she parents perfectly, but because she believes passionately that if moms embrace the responsibility of parenting, rally together and cheer each other on, we can literally change the world. After all, we’re responsible for raising the next generation—and that’s a pretty big deal!

Julie is married to Mac and they have four adult children: Emily (married to Jordan) and Joe (married to Abby), who grew up in their home and Allyson (married to Will) and Sylvie, who joined the family as bonus kids. Joe and Abby recently added Charlotte to the family, and Julie and Mac have discovered that grandparenting is even better than parenting!
