Helping women lead strong
and thrive in ministry.
Watch the video above to see where Leading & Loving It started and where we are going.
Leading and Loving It is committed to helping women lead strong and thrive in ministry. We cheer on pastors’ wives and women in ministry as they discover their God-planted passions and pursue their purpose with a fresh breath and new sense of joy. We believe that in order to have healthy ministries, we must first be healthy women, so we are dedicated to walking alongside leaders who feel isolated, encourage those who want to quit and help them embrace the call of ministry as a blessing not a burden.
Our Values
Authentic community. Real women being real. No fear. No fake. No phony.
Empowerment. Finding strength, freedom and joy in who God created you to be.
Unity. Diverse women. Shared mission. Bonded by our call.
Grit. Sticking to the pursuit of our God-planted purpose.
Fun. Laughing together. Loving life and loving leadership.
