Leading & Loving It Conference 2023 IN:

Leading and Loving It is dedicated to empowering women in ministry and leadership. We believe in order to have healthy ministries, we must first be healthy women,  so we are committed to encouraging the over 19,000 women in the Leading and Loving It community through an annual in-person and online conference Re:Treat, resource development and much more.

Founder, Lori Wilhite serves alongside her husband Jud who is the Senior Pastor at Central Church in Las Vegas. Central currently has more than 27 locations nationally and internationally. Together they love seeing God change Sin City into Grace City.

She is the author of Rise Up: Lessons from Ezra on Walking with Your Head Held High and My Name is Victorious: Find Strength, Freedom and Joy in Who You are Created to Be. Lori also co-authored My Name is Victorious: Teen Edition with her daughter Emma and Leading and Loving It: Encouragement for Pastors’ Wives and Women in Leadership with Brandi Wilson.

Lori is the proud mom of two hilarious kids, Emma and Ethan. She loves time with friends, reading, and crying during episodes of Antiques Roadshow.

Co-Leader, Brandi Wilson is an author and speaker who lives in Nashville, Tennessee. She has been part of two church plants, the most recent being Cross Point Church in Nashville where she served for 14 years. Brandi co-authored Leading and Loving It: Encouragement for Pastors’ Wives and Women in Leadership. Brandi is passionate about walking alongside single moms as they navigate parenting and life.

When Brandi isn’t following one of her three teenage sons to a practice or sporting event, she enjoys yoga, hiking, gardening and time spent with friends. She loves all things cozy and comfortable and works hard to craft a simple life she loves living. Brandi is a self-proclaimed expert in cow bell ringing at high school football games.

The Leading and Loving It Team is spread around the United States and Canada and serves at churches of varying size, style and denomination.
