Lori Wilhite serves alongside her husband Jud who is the Senior Pastor at Central in Las Vegas. They love getting to be part of God changing Sin City into Grace City. She is the founder of Leading and Loving It and is also the co-author of Leading and Loving It: Encouragement for Pastors’ Wives and Women in Leadership. They have two kids Emma and Ethan. They also have the world’s cutest bulldog, Roxy. She’s slightly Jane Austen obsessed and should buy stock in Starbucks since Chai-tea Lattes are a necessity.

Brandi Wilson has been a pastor’s wife for 17 years. She’s married to Pete who’s the Senior Pastor at Cross Point Church in Nashville, Tennessee. Cross Point was planted in the fall of 2002 and is a multi-site church. She is also the co-author of Leading and Loving It: Encouragement for Pastors’ Wives and Women in Leadership. She co-leads Leading and Loving It along with Lori Wilhite. Pete and Brandi have three boys-Jett, Gage, and Brewer. When Brandi isn’t wrangling boys she enjoys reading, hiking, horseback riding, social-networking, and spending time with friends.

Kay Warren cofounded Saddleback Church with her husband, Rick Warren, in Lake Forest, California. She is a passionate Bible teacher and respected advocate for those living with HIV & AIDS, orphaned and vulnerable children, as well as for those affected by mental illness. She founded Saddleback’s HIV & AIDS Initiative. Kay is the author of Choose Joy: Because Happiness Isn’t Enough, Say Yes to God and coauthor of Foundations, the popular systematic theology course used by churches worldwide. Her children are Amy and Josh, and Matthew who is in Heaven, and she has five grandchildren.

Tara Jenkins is the Founder of Ministry Mates and First Lady at Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church of Chicago. Tara is the Founder of Ministry Mates an organization designed to minister to Senior Pastors’ wives. She is the First Lady at Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church of Chicago where her husband Charles is the Pastor. She and Charles have three beautiful children – Princess Alexandria, Paris Victoria and Charles Jenkins III.


Kerri Weems and her husband, Stovall Weems, are founders of Celebration Church in Jacksonville, FL. Celebration is a growing, diverse, multisite church, with more than twelve thousand people in weekly attendance. Kerri serves on the Senior Executive Team at Celebration and provides leadership oversight to several ministry areas including staff development, life development, and Celebration Sisterhood. In addition to being a gifted writer, teacher and conference speaker, Kerri is passionate about empowering women to live out their fullest potential at every stage of life and sphere of influence. Kerri and Stovall have three children and live in Jacksonville.

Herbert and Tiffany Cooper started Peoples Church in Oklahoma City in 2002. They have four kids: Cale, Cade, Caris, and Case. Tiffany loves eating out on date nights with her hubby, cuddling the kids, quality time with girlfriends, alone time, shopping, mindless TV watching 24, Chick-fil-a lunches, Starbucks, her phone and her laptop. She leads the Equipping team of Leading and Loving It.

Cindy Beall is a writer, speaker and mentor to women. Chris is the Oklahoma City Campus Pastor at and Cindy serves alongside him. They have three sons between them, which means there is very little pink in their home and a plethora of air soft guns and camouflage. Cindy loves quiet mornings with her husband, the belly laughs of her sons, Mexican food, and Texas Longhorn football. Cindy leads the Equipping Marriages Team for Leading and Loving It.

Heather Palacios is married to Raul and together, they are raising two little world-changers, DJ and Andy. Raul and Heather are honored to be part of the Church by the Glades team in Coral, Springs, Florida under the awesome leadership of David and Lisa Hughes. Heather is also founder of “WondHerful” an online venue dedicated to helping people be encouraged and laugh a little more. Heather is a prodigal daughter, who still can’t believe the Father took her back, after the wayward life she led. Ever since her return, she wakes up grateful He loves her and ready to make Him smile! Heather is the Social Networking Coordinator for Leading and Loving It.

Jenni Clayville serves as the Worship & Creative Arts Pastor at Paseo Christian Church, a church plant in El Paso, Texas. Brian and Jenni have two sons: Chance & Paxton. When Jenni isn’t busy being the CEO of their home and working, she enjoys reading, writing, CrossFitting, and cooking for her friends. Jenni also serves on the POTSC staff as the Second Chance Coaching Director and also coaches alongside her husband on the RefineUs CoachUs Team. Jenni serves Leading and Loving It as one of the Equipping Marriages team members.

Bil and Jessica Cornelius planted Bay Area Fellowship in 1998 in Corpus Christi, TX. They also mentor Church Planters and their wives. They have three kids: Mason, Cole, and Sophie. Jessica enjoys spending time with family, decorating, traveling, reading about leadership in ministry, talking with her friends, and finding ways to encourage people. Jessica leads the women of Bay Area Fellowship and coordinates MentorMe at Leading and Loving It.


Laryssa Toomer is the wife of Jeff Toomer. They recently planted a church in the Washington, DC metro area called theTransit. They have three children—Jonathan, David, and Zoe. An Army wife during her husband’s military career and back-to-back deployments, she developed much of her leadership experience by caring for him, his soldiers’ families—and herself. Laryssa enjoys lots of laughter, sports, and sharing with others the transforming power of Jesus in the details of life. Laryssa co-leads the ConnectLIVE groups at Leading and Loving It.

David and Lisa Hughes have been at Church by the Glades in South Florida, where David serves as Senior Pastor, since 1998. Lisa has three kids Charlie, Victoria and Zane. She loves South Florida, coffee, social networking and connecting with other Pastors’ Wives. Lisa is the Partnering Director for Leading and Loving It.

Liz Sarno and her husband, Chris, founded Relevant Church in 2004 in Daytona Beach, Florida. Liz serves as the ministry administrator (which really means she does a little bit of everything!) overseeing operations for the church, Chris Sarno Ministries and the International Bible Training Center. Three beautiful children, Lauren, Luca and Giana and a Staffordshire Bull Terrier named Samson round out the Sarno household. When Liz isn’t working at the church, she enjoys reading, writing, songwriting, shopping and going to the beach. She is passionate about helping people realize their potential in Christ and helping equip them to fulfill their God-given purpose. Liz is the leader of ConnectLOCAL for Leading and Loving It.

Mardia Lira was born in Durango, Mexico. She traveled around Latin America alongside her husband, Edgar, bringing hope and the message of the cross through music. Mardia and her family moved to Las Vegas, NV four years ago. Partnering with Central Christian Church, they started Link, a relevant Spanish speaking church. Mardia is founder of, the Spanish arm of Leading and Loving It. Together, Mardia and Edgar have two beautiful girls, Demi and Miley. Mardia loves the casual walks with her hubby and a good cup of coffee.

Tamera Ford is the wife of Chuck Ford. Chuck and Tamera have been lead pastors at Relate Church in Byram, MS since 1993. She serves as Creative Director and co-pastor. They have two children, Sydney and Luke. Whether it was experiencing infertility, staring in the face of bankruptcy or having to restart their church after 13 years, they have learned to hold onto 1 Corinthians 10:13 and watch in awe as God has brought them through it all. Tamera is a co-leader for Leading and Loving It ConnectLIVE groups.

Stephanie Shouse is married to Jeff, pastor of First Baptist Church, Ramsey, Illinois. When she met her husband at Bible college, she only agreed to date him because he promised he was not training to be a pastor. God had a good laugh. They have been in ministry together for more than 17 years. They have two teenage daughters who serve in the church alongside them and an English bulldog named, Ruby, who snores a lot. Stephanie has a heart for encouraging other pastors’ wives and manages the Facebook portion of Leading and Loving It.
