L&L It Local … North Central Florida

Saturday, January 21st, Tina Johns hosted the second Leading and Loving It Local Event in North Central Florida. These events are designed to give Pastors’ Wives and Women in Ministry the opportunity to connect, build community, gain encouragement, and be lifted up in prayer. When these events take place, we’ll highlight them and let everyone have a peek into the fantastic time the ladies had together. Thanks Tina for sharing your experience and for hosting this gathering. We know that God really used your efforts and time together!

From Tina:

We had an amazing night at our second Leading & Loving It event, The Mad Hatter Tea Party!

One night with 14 seeking-God’s-heart-women from 5 cities and 6 different churches coming together for a night of fun, LOTS of GREAT tea, and conversations surrounding our dreams, hopes, struggles, and calling.

One of the highlights for me was at the end of the night while we were saying our goodbyes and cleaning up, I overheard (we women eavesdrop quite well you know) some ladies encouraging another new-to-the-ministry wife who is trying to find the balance between marriage and ministry. I shutter to think what would happen in her life and marriage without women who have gone on before helping guide her steps.

Another exciting fact is since that night we have had many more women asking to be a part of Leading and Loving It North Florida (of course we said YES!!!!) and another church is asking to host our next event!! How cool is that?

God is up to something big and it is exciting to have a front row seat in the lives of ladies being used for His glory!!
