Shake It Like a Polaroid Picture …
Posted by Brandi Wilson
We’re all aware there are loads of wonderful of information out there about having healthy team dynamics with your staff. Like many of your churches Cross Point really focuses on building staff unity a number of ways.
There are so many strategies and principles that relate to the importance of how to form a healthy, dynamic, growing and unified team. But here are two that often get overlooked because people think they’ll happen naturally. Despite your assumptions in a fast moving, demanding, high expectation, ministry environment these two things won’t develop unless you CHOOSE to intentionally develop them.
1. Don’t take yourselves too seriously.
2. Have fun.
With that in mind, I present to you the Cross Point Staff Harlem Shake…
And that’s Ketric, one of our student pastors starting things off. You can always count on a student pastor to shake things up.
What’s one way you’re intentional about having fun with your staff??
