Leading and Loving It is all about bringing women together and facilitating open and honest conversations in a safe, inviting way. We provide this through our ConnectLIVE groups.

If you have the desire to facilitate the relationships of some amazing women and want to lead a ConnectLIVE Group, it’s easy! Your first step is to simply fill out an application. Email Laryssa at for your application and to start the process. Once completed, Tamera ( will contact you to answer any questions you may have and set up a short training session.

The only things you need to participate in a ConnectLIVE Group are high speed internet and a webcam (headphones are optional but recommended). It’s completely free, and each gathering lasts about an hour and a half, once a month. There are only 11 spots in each group, and the groups close after filling.

Living a life inside the ministry is a unique experience. If you count yourself among the blessed women who have that privilege, then you know the importance of surrounding yourself with like minds who speak your language, who understand what you are going through without you even having to explain it, and who simply “get” you.

  4. Anything I need to know concerning my computer?
    • Make sure that you have the most recent version of Flash.
    • Make sure you’re working off the latest versions of your internet browser.
    • Make sure that your operating system is updated with all recent performance and security upgrades.
    • Close applications or web tabs/windows you’re not utilizing.
    • Wi-fi is not as stable as wired connections, we suggest wired connections for video chats.
